Job Brief-

Responsibilities :
Lead Life Cycle Management : End to end responsibility of monitoring, analysing
and improving TAT efficiency of leads generated across multiple sources on CRM
Sales Coordination :
1. Coordinating with Direct / Channel / Inside Sales teams to ensure real
time capture of lead status on the CRM platform
2. Tracking & Monitoring frequency & compliance of CRM platform usage
by sales team
Analytics :
1. Drawing actionable insights from data captured on the CRM platform on
Lead life cycle & Sales team compliance to aid in course correction &
influence decision making
2. Publishing dashboards on volume of leads / TAT in each step / Sales
team Compliance / Commune specific pipeline etc.
c. Ideal Candidate Profile :
5+ Years of experience in Sales Coordination / Lead life cycle Monitoring /
Program Manager roles
Experience of personally driving usage of CRM platforms like ZOHO / / Microsoft Dynamics CRM etc preferably in real-estate industry
Hands-on experience in Data Analytics & Dashboard Reporting 􀍴 Expert in MS
Education background : Preferably MBA
