Responsibilities:
• Develop and facilitate functional related training to line of business including programs, skill based/process and customer service training to create SOP’s for business line team members
• Leading new hire business line transition teams by delivering ad-hoc training, facilitating and anchoring functional/refresher and new hire business line training, delivering release information and updating training modules for systems enhancements/changes
• May assist with developing training modules and materials to be flexible with schedule for training different shifts and facilitate training programs for multiple stake holders within organization
• Provide follow-up consultation with team members and managers once training is complete
• Work with subject matter experts to understand, sequence and obtain knowledge to ensure the transfer of learning exists for the team members

What you need to do:
• Need to travel and off-site training facilitation
• Need to develop refresher training specific for all locations for IndiQube
• Need to be flexible with working schedule to accommodate training timeline
• May encounter a mix of learners that require a strong leader and ability to provide direct feedback and audit training management
• Good at MIS and managing dashboards

Experience & Qualification:
• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in training delivery, training facilitation, or a combination of both
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• High verbal, written and comprehension proficiency as well as facilitation.
• Strong analytical skills and psychometrics
• Prior experience with training/ learning and facilitation is necessary
• Virtual training experience is preferred
• Training needs analysis is a must for the role
• Training certifications are added advantage
• Kannada speaking is must
