  • Full life cycle end to end recruitment  – Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling & Offers etc.
  • Head Hunting and Social Media sourcing
  • Phone, Skype, and online meeting platform skills
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates
  • Coordinating interviews with the internal hiring managers
  • Following up on the post interview status
  • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
  • Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
  • Staying current on the company’s organization structure
